Processing & Shipping Policies

  • Custom orders take 10-15 processing days
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 business day

 Please note: When picking up, a valid ID matching the name on the order must be provided at the time of pick up.

 

Return Policy

Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order at allurebooteek@gmail.com. In the email, include your order number and the reason for the return.

 

If the reason for the return is due to an error on our behalf, we will provide you with a return label. For any other reason for your return, you will be responsible for your shipping fee.

 

All returns must be received within 7 business days from the date customer service confirms you will be returning any or all items. Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund equal to the returned item(s) value or store credit.

 

Non-Refundable/Exchangeable  Items

            The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom orders: once a custom order is confirmed, it is deemed final and cannot be returned.
  • Any or all undergarments.
  • Any or all products that appears to be used, worn, or tampered with.
  • All hair & Wigs are final sales
